Bruce Frederick Joseph Springsteen (nascido em Freehold, Nova Jersia em 23 de setembro de 1949) é um influente cantor, compositor, violonista e guitarrista dos estados-unidos. Na sua carreira, inciada em 1969, Bruce já recebeu vários prémios importantes como quinze Grammys, quatro American Music Awards e um Oscar.
Bruce Springsteen nasceu em Freehold, Nova Jersia em 23 de setembro de 1949. O seu pai, Douglas, era de origem neerlandesa ("holandesa") e irlandesa. A mãe, Adele Zirilli, é de origem italiana.
